Shampoo & Conditioner Contains: Distilled water, certified organic chamomile, comfrey, calendula, burdock root, horsetail, kakadu plum & nettle extracts, pro vitamin B5, certified organic vegetable glycerine, mixed tocopherols (pure vitamin e), bisabolol natural (concentrated chamomile derivative), soya oil, decyl glucoside (Eco Cert Approved), 100% pure and unadulterated anthemis nobilis (roman chamomile), citrus sinensis (sweet orange) and aniba rosaeodora (rosewood) essential oil. Safe to use on dogs and horses with essential oil content at <1%.
Dermal Scratch Spray Contains: Distilled water, certified organic calendula extract, vitamin e natural, certified organic aloe vera leaf juice powder, 100% pure and unadulterated essential oils of lavender and tea tree (<0.05%)
Shampoo: Wet your dog thoroughly, apply 1/2-1 pump (1-2mls for a medium sized dog) of the shampoo and gently massage into the torso & neck for a minute. Use 1/4-1/2 pump on each leg. Rinse thoroughly. If you have not used our products before, only use half the amount of shampoo you normally use as this is a premium product. If you use more than we recommend your dog will be safe as this is a natural and ultra mild formula compliant with the safety standards of EU Cosmetics Directive (6th Amendment) and APVMA. Conditioner: Spray onto a wet or dry coat after bathtime. Can be used to assist brushing and detangling. Dermal Scratch: Part the hair and spray directly onto the skin for best results.
My dog has sensitive skin. Is this product suitable?
Yes. Our shampoo is ultra gentle and formulated specifically for sensitive dogs and will not lead to skin irritations.
Can I use human shampoo on my dog?
No.Using a human shampoo (pH 4.8-5.8 acidic) on your dog can interrupt the dermal acid mantle making it susceptible to fungus, bacteria and yeast which can cause skin irritations and itching. A shampoo specifically formulated for dogs should have a pH of 6.8 to 7.5 (alkaline)
How often should I bath my dog?
A normal, healthy adult dog should be bathed no more than once a fortnight. Over-bathing dogs, including those with sensitive skin can strip the natural oils that protect the skin and can lead to skin irritations and itching.
When should I use this product?
You can use this product any time of the day or night, after rolling in the grass or after a walk.
How do I apply the Dermal Scratch Spray?
Part the hair and spray several sprays directly onto the skin. Allow it to absorb into the skin. Blowing on the area once you've applied it to your dog will help it absorb quicker. If your dog licks it off, please spray the area again and distract your dog so the product can soak in.
What if my dog licks off the Conditioner or Dermal Scratch Spray?
This product is formulated to be safe if your dog licks it off.
