Do you ship to the United States and internationally?
Yes. Although we are an Australian brand, we ship worldwide — including right across the United States — with free worldwide shipping. Orders are dispatched from our partnered warehouses in the United States, Europe and China, so international customers are usually served from the nearest warehouse.

We ship from partnered warehouses in the United States, Europe and China, while the brand itself is based in and designed in Melbourne, Australia. If you order more than one item, your products may arrive separately, as different warehouses specialise in different types of products.

Orders typically arrive in approximately 7–15 business days, depending on your location and which warehouse fulfils your items.
How soon after I order will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days, though during high-demand periods this may extend to 5 business days.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
