ADDRESS MODIFICATION

 

We cannot modify the delivery address once it is en route. If you need to modify the location of your purchase, please email us at sales@roverrituals.com within 24 hours of making your order.

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

 

If a shipment is damaged in transportation, please reject it from the courier and contact our customer care. If the item was delivered without you being present, please contact customer care for the following steps.
