RETURN AND REFUND
Thank you for your purchase. We want you and your pup to be happy with every purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may submit a return claim to us for a full refund or exchange subject to exceptions as per below. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Although, returns or refunds can not be accepted for CHANGE OF MIND or WRONG SIZE SELECTED. It is essential you measure your pet and select the correct size according to the sizing chart on the product page.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
RETURN PROCESS
To return, refund or exchange an item, please submit a claim via:

- Access the Portal: Navigate to the returns link https://roverrituals.com/pages/submit-a-return-exchange-claim (found in the footer or link above).
- Verify Identity: Enter the Order Number and either the Email Address or Phone Number used for the purchase.
- Select Items: Choose the specific item(s) from the order that you wish to return or exchange.

Provide Reasons: Select a reason for the return from the dropdown menu (e.g., "Too big," "Damaged"). You will also be asked to:
- Add a brief description.
- Upload photos or videos if the item is damaged or incorrect/wrong size.

Choose a Resolution: Select your preferred outcome:
- Refund: Money back to the original payment method
- Exchange
- Store Credit: Receive a digital gift card for future use.
- Review and Submit: Confirm the details. You notified that your request is pending review.
If your claim is accepted for Return you will be gived a RMA. Then place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you (THE PURCHASER) will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
EXCHANGES
We want you and your pup to be happy with every purchase! If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. As we are unable to accept returns, all exchanges are processed as a new order. Please note, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with the exchange, including the full shipping and handling fee for the replacement item.
Please ensure you carefully review our size guides and measurement instructions before placing your order, as we are unable to exchange items where an incorrect size has been selected based on customer-provided measurements. If you have any questions about sizing before you buy, we're always happy to help — just reach out!
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 3-7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. (Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company) We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
In some cases a Refund in Lieu of a Return may be granted if sufficient information is provided to customer service. Contact sales@roverrituals.com for more information.
Refunds are not accepted for FINAL SALE items
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
